Interdisciplinary study is encouraged to ensure that the themes presented are approached holistically and to develop both theory and practice. The EJEM\u2019s entrepreneurship section covers three primary topics: venture formation and small businesses, the influence of entrepreneurship on economic growth, especially local and regional development, entrepreneurial attitudes and motives.<br \/>The journal is also interested in the financial institutions that provide funding to entrepreneurs, as well as the many sorts of financial sources that entrepreneurial enterprises or investors employ. We encourage essays that take a qualitative or quantitative approach to any of the themes. Accounting and corporate finance, financial markets as a backdrop for SME growth, entrepreneurial finance, and regulatory and supervisory elements of corporate finance are just a few of our specific interests.<br \/>Articles understanding modern management challenges, innovative approaches and management tools, new forms of organization and management, new managerial dangers, or new environmental problems for the firm, are welcome to the management section of the EJEM.
