Role of Reviewers
Peer reviewers are essential to maintaining the quality and integrity of scholarly publishing. Your expertise helps authors improve their work and ensures only rigorous research is published.
Review Process
Deqe Publications uses a double-blind peer review process. Neither authors nor reviewers know each other's identities. Reviews should be constructive, objective, and evidence-based.
Review Criteria
- Originality and significance of the research
- Methodological rigor and appropriate analysis
- Clarity of presentation and logical structure
- Adequacy of literature review and citations
- Validity of conclusions supported by data
- Ethical compliance and reproducibility
Timeline
Reviews should be completed within 14-21 days of assignment. If you cannot complete the review within this timeframe, please decline promptly so we can invite alternative reviewers.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts under review are confidential documents. Do not share, discuss, or use any information from the manuscript before publication.
Conflicts of Interest
Decline to review if you have any conflicts of interest, including: recent collaborations with authors, institutional affiliations, financial interests, or personal relationships that could bias your review.
