Manuscript Preparation
Before You Begin
Ensure your manuscript adheres to the standards of academic publishing and follows ethical guidelines. All submissions must be original work not previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
Structure Requirements
All manuscripts should include the following sections in order:

Article Types & Length Requirements
Important Note
Each journal may have specific requirements. Always check the specific journal's guidelines before submission.
Accepted Article Types

Research Article
Original research reporting novel findings. Typically 3000-8000 words excluding references. Should include: Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.

Review Article
Comprehensive analysis of existing research on a specific topic. Typically 5000-10000 words. Should provide critical evaluation and suggest future research directions.

Short Communication
Brief report of significant findings requiring rapid publication. Typically 1500-3000 words. Should include Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Brief Discussion.

Methods Paper
Description of new methodologies or significant improvements to existing methods. Typically 3000-6000 words with detailed protocols.

Case Study
Detailed analysis of specific cases with broader implications. Typically 2000-5000 words with strong contextual analysis.

Editorial
Invited commentary on topical issues. Typically 1000-2000 words.

Figures & Tables
- Figures should be submitted as separate high-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI)
- Acceptable formats: TIFF, EPS, PNG, JPEG
- Tables should be editable (not images)
- All figures and tables must be cited in the text
- Provide captions for all figures and tables
- Ensure color accessibility (colorblind-friendly palettes)
Submission Process
Step-by-Step Submission
- Register/Login: Create an author account or login to existing account
- Choose Journal: Select appropriate journal for your manuscript
- Enter Metadata: Complete all required fields (title, authors, abstract, keywords)
- Upload Files: Upload manuscript and supplementary materials
- Review: Preview all information before submission
- Submit: Final submission and confirmation
Submission Timeline
Initial review: 3-5 business days for desk review
Peer review: 4-8 weeks depending on field
Decision: Typically within 10-12 weeks of submission
Supplementary Materials
You may submit the following supplementary materials:
- Raw data (spreadsheets, code, datasets)
- Additional figures/tables
- Multimedia files (videos, audio)
- Appendices
- Code repositories (GitHub, Zenodo links)
